This is <a title=\"known as\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Mukden_Incident\" target=\"_blank\">known as<\/a> the \u201cMukden Incident\u201d or the \u201cManchurian Incident\u201d. Nazi general Franz Halder also testified at the Nuremberg trials that Nazi leader Hermann Goering <a title=\"admitted\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Hermann_G%C3%B6ring#Possible_responsibility_for_the_Reichstag_fire\" target=\"_blank\">admitted<\/a> to setting fire to the German parliament building in 1933, and then falsely blaming the communists for the arson<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Soviet leader Nikita Khrushchev <a title=\"admitted\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Shelling_of_Mainila\" target=\"_blank\">admitted<\/a> in writing that the Soviet Union\u2019s Red Army shelled the Russian village of Mainila in 1939 \u2013 while blaming the attack on Finland \u2013 as a basis for launching the \u201cWinter War\u201d against Finland. Russian president Boris Yeltsin <a title=\"agreed\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Shelling_of_Mainila\" target=\"_blank\">agreed<\/a> that Russia had been the aggressor in the Winter War, and Putin<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Israel <a title=\"admits\" href=\"http:\/\/www.ynetnews.com\/Ext\/Comp\/ArticleLayout\/CdaArticlePrintPreview\/1,2506,L-3065838,00.html#n\" target=\"_blank\">admits<\/a> that an Israeli terrorist cell operating in Egypt planted bombs in several buildings, including U.S. diplomatic facilities, then left behind \u201cevidence\u201d implicating the Arabs as the culprits (one of the bombs detonated prematurely, allowing the Egyptians to identify the bombers, and several of the Israelis later confessed) (and see <a title=\"this\" href=\"http:\/\/www.stanford.edu\/group\/SHR\/5-1\/text\/beinin.html\" target=\"_blank\">this<\/a> and <a title=\"this\" href=\"http:\/\/www.jewishvirtuallibrary.org\/jsource\/History\/lavon.html\" target=\"_blank\">this<\/a>)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>The CIA <a title=\"admits\" href=\"http:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/library\/world\/mideast\/041600iran-cia-index.html\" target=\"_blank\">admits<\/a> that it hired Iranians in the 1950\u2032s to pose as Communists and stage bombings in Iran in order to turn the country against its democratically-elected prime minister<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>The Turkish Prime Minister <a title=\"admitted\" href=\"http:\/\/books.google.com\/books?id=SdubdhMwM1YC&amp;pg=PA8&amp;lpg=PA8&amp;dq=the+riots+were+purportedly+in+response+to+a+september+5+1955+greek+bombing+attack+on+the+turkish+consulate&amp;source=bl&amp;ots=O7OKEmcJrF&amp;sig=y4vdM7vHk8Z8g1jH4gXDHTXw400&amp;hl=en&amp;sa=X&amp;ei=z2lKVIuEII3wgwTZ04HICA&amp;ved=0CCQQ6AEwAQ#v=onepage&amp;q=the%20riots%20were%20purportedly%20in%20response%20to%20a%20september%205%201955%20greek%20bombing%20attack%20on%20the%20turkish%20consulate&amp;f=false\" target=\"_blank\">admitted<\/a> that the Turkish government carried out the 1955 bombing on a Turkish consulate in Greece \u2013 also damaging the nearby birthplace of the founder of modern Turkey \u2013 and blamed it on Greece, for the purpose of inciting and justifying anti-Greek violence<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>The British Prime Minister <a title=\"admitted\" href=\"http:\/\/www.washingtonsblog.com\/2014\/07\/57-years-ago-u-s-britain-approved-use-islamic-extremists-topple-syrian-government.html\">admitted<\/a> to his defense secretary that he and American president Dwight Eisenhower approved a plan in 1957 to carry out attacks in Syria and blame it on the Syrian government as a way to effect regime change<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>The former Italian Prime Minister, an Italian judge, and the <a title=\"former head of Italian counterintelligence\" href=\"http:\/\/www.guardian.co.uk\/international\/story\/0,3604,462976,00.html\" target=\"_blank\">former head of Italian counterintelligence<\/a> admit that <a title=\"NATO, with the help of the Pentagon and CIA, carried out terror bombings in Italy and other European countries in the 1950s and blamed the communists, in order to rally people\u2019s support for their governments in Europe in their fight against communism\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Strategy_of_tension\" target=\"_blank\">NATO, with the help of the Pentagon and CIA, carried out terror bombings in Italy and other European countries in the 1950s and blamed the communists, in order to rally people\u2019s support for their governments in Europe in their fight against communism<\/a>. As one participant in this formerly-secret program stated: <a title=\"\u201cYou had to attack civilians, people, women, children, innocent people, unknown people far removed from any political game. The reason was quite simple. They also allegedly carried out terror attacks in <a title=\"France, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Greece, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, the UK\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Operation_Gladio\" target=\"_blank\">France, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Greece, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, the UK<\/a>, and other countries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>In 1960, American Senator George Smathers <a title=\"suggested\" href=\"http:\/\/www.guardian.co.uk\/theguardian\/2012\/aug\/17\/john-f-kennedy-fidel-castro\" target=\"_blank\">suggested<\/a> that the U.S. launch \u201ca false attack made on Guantanamo Bay which would give us the excuse of actually fomenting a fight which would then give us the excuse to go in and [overthrow Castro]\u201c.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Official State Department documents show that, in 1961, the head of the Joint Chiefs and other high-level officials <a title=\"discussed\" href=\"http:\/\/www.washingtonsblog.com\/2010\/02\/nine-months-before-operation-northwoods-government-leaders-suggested-false-flag-terror-in-the-dominican-republic.html\">discussed<\/a> blowing up a consulate in the Dominican Republic in order to justify an invasion of that country. The plans were not carried out, but they were all discussed as serious proposals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>As admitted by the U.S. government, recently declassified documents show that in 1962, the American Joint Chiefs of Staff signed off on a plan to <em><strong>blow up AMERICAN airplanes<\/strong><\/em> (using an elaborate plan involving the switching of airplanes), and also to <em><strong>commit terrorist acts on American soil<\/strong><\/em>, and then to blame it on the Cubans in order to justify an invasion of Cuba. See the following <a title=\"ABC news report\" href=\"http:\/\/abcnews.go.com\/US\/story?id=92662&amp;page=1\" target=\"_blank\">ABC news report<\/a>; <a title=\"the official documents\" href=\"http:\/\/www.gwu.edu\/%7Ensarchiv\/news\/20010430\/northwoods.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">the official documents<\/a>; and watch <a title=\"this interview \" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=IygchZRJVXM\" target=\"_blank\">this interview <\/a>with the former Washington Investigative Producer for ABC\u2019s World News Tonight with Peter Jennings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>In 1963, the U.S. Department of Defense wrote a paper <a title=\"promoting\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Operation_Northwoods#Related_Operation_Mongoose_proposals\" target=\"_blank\">promoting<\/a> attacks on nations within the Organization of American States \u2013 such as Trinidad-Tobago or Jamaica \u2013 and then falsely blaming them on Cuba<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>The U.S. Department of Defense even <a title=\"suggested\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Operation_Northwoods#Related_Operation_Mongoose_proposals\" target=\"_blank\">suggested<\/a> covertly paying a person in the Castro government to attack the United States: \u201cThe only area remaining for consideration then would be to bribe one of Castro\u2019s subordinate commanders to initiate an attack on Guantanamo.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>The NSA <a title=\"now admits\" href=\"http:\/\/www2.gwu.edu\/%7Ensarchiv\/NSAEBB\/NSAEBB132\/press20051201.htm\" target=\"_blank\">admits<\/a> that it <a title=\"lied\" href=\"http:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20080203204207\/http:\/\/rawstory.com\/news\/afp\/Report_reveals_Vietnam_War_hoaxes_f_01082008.html\" target=\"_blank\">lied<\/a> about what really happened in the <a title=\"Gulf of Tonkin incident\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Gulf_of_Tonkin_incident\" target=\"_blank\">Gulf of Tonkin incident<\/a> in 1964 \u2026 manipulating data to make it look like North Vietnamese boats fired on a U.S. ship so as to create a false justification for the Vietnam war<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>A U.S. Congressional committee <a title=\"admitted\" href=\"http:\/\/www.intelligence.senate.gov\/churchcommittee.html\" target=\"_blank\">admitted<\/a> that \u2013 as part of its \u201cCointelpro\u201d campaign \u2013 the FBI had used many provocateurs in the 1950s through 1970s to carry out violent acts and falsely blame them on political activists<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>A <a title=\"top\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Sabri_Yirmibe%C5%9Fo%C4%9Flu\" target=\"_blank\">top<\/a> Turkish general <a title=\"admitted\" href=\"http:\/\/www.hurriyetdailynews.com\/default.aspx?pageid=438&amp;n=turkey-burned-mosque-during-cyprus-war-gen-says-2010-09-24\" target=\"_blank\">admitted<\/a> that Turkish forces burned down a mosque on Cyprus in the 1970s and blamed it on their enemy. He <a title=\"explained\" href=\"http:\/\/www.todayszaman.com\/tz-web\/news-222544-100-retired-general-confesses-to-burning-mosque-to-fire-up-public.html\" target=\"_blank\">explained<\/a>: \u201cIn Special War, certain <em>acts of sabotage are staged and blamed on the enemy<\/em> to increase public resistance. We did this on Cyprus; we even burnt down a mosque.\u201d In response to the surprised correspondent\u2019s incredulous look the general said, \u201cI am giving an example\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>The German government <a title=\"admitted\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Celle_Hole\" target=\"_blank\">admitted<\/a> (and <a title=\"see this\" href=\"http:\/\/translate.google.com\/translate?hl=en&amp;sl=de&amp;u=http:\/\/www.ndr.de\/kultur\/geschichte\/chronologie\/cellerloch102.html&amp;prev=\/search%3Fq%3Dhttp:\/\/www.ndr.de\/kultur\/geschichte\/cellerloch102.html%26client%3Dfirefox-a%26hs%3DymV%26rls%3Dorg.mozilla:en-US:official%26channel%3Dsb\" target=\"_blank\">see this<\/a>) that, in 1978, the German secret service detonated a bomb in the outer wall of a prison and planted \u201cescape tools\u201d on a prisoner \u2013 a member of the Red Army Faction \u2013 which the secret service wished to frame the bombing on<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>A Mossad agent <a title=\"says\" href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Way-Deception-Victor-Ostrovsky-ebook\/dp\/B002RL9NL2\/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&amp;ie=UTF8&amp;qid=1422773938&amp;sr=1-1\" target=\"_blank\">says<\/a> that, in 1984, Mossad planted a radio transmitter in Gaddaffi\u2019s compound in Tripoli, Libya which broadcast fake terrorist trasmissions recorded by Mossad, in order to frame Gaddaffi as a terrorist supporter. Ronald Reagan bombed Libya immediately thereafter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>The South African Truth and Reconciliation Council <a title=\"found\" href=\"http:\/\/www.justice.gov.za\/trc\/decisions%5C2001\/ac21233.htm\" target=\"_blank\">found<\/a> that, in 1989, the Civil Cooperation Bureau (a covert branch of the South African Defense Force) approached an explosives expert and asked him \u201cto participate in an operation aimed at discrediting the ANC [the African National Congress] by bombing the police vehicle of the investigating officer into the murder incident\u201d, thus framing the ANC for the bombing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>An Algerian diplomat and several officers in the Algerian army <a title=\"admit\" href=\"http:\/\/www.encyclopedia.com\/doc\/1P1-68004301.html\" target=\"_blank\">admit<\/a> that, in the 1990s, the Algerian army frequently massacred Algerian civilians and then blamed Islamic militants for the killings (and see <a title=\"this video\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=HVJgsb5TuTw&amp;feature=player_embedded\" target=\"_blank\">this video<\/a>; and Agence France-Presse, 9\/27\/2002, French Court Dismisses Algerian Defamation Suit Against Author)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>An Indonesian fact-finding team investigated violent riots which occurred in 1998, and determined that \u201c<a title=\"elements of the military had been involved in the riots, some of which were deliberately provoked\" href=\"http:\/\/www.fas.org\/irp\/world\/indonesia\/indonesia-1998.htm\" target=\"_blank\">elements of the military had been involved in the riots, some of which were deliberately provoked<\/a>\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Senior Russian Senior military and intelligence officers <a title=\"admit\" href=\"http:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20060209100406\/http:\/\/www.telegraph.co.uk\/news\/main.jhtml?xml=\/news\/2004\/01\/13\/wrus13.xml\" target=\"_blank\">admit<\/a> that the KGB blew up Russian apartment buildings in 1999 and falsely blamed it on Chechens, in order to justify an invasion of Chechnya (and see <a title=\"this report\" href=\"http:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20080413195430\/http:\/\/www.sais-jhu.edu\/programs\/res\/papers\/Satter_edited_final.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">this report<\/a> and <a title=\"this discussion\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Russian_Apartment_Bombings\" target=\"_blank\">this discussion<\/a>)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>According to the <a title=\"Washington Post\" href=\"http:\/\/www.highbeam.com\/doc\/1P2-406202.html\" target=\"_blank\">Washington Post<\/a>, Indonesian police admit that the Indonesian military killed American teachers in Papua in 2002 and blamed the murders on a Papuan separatist group in order to get that group listed as a terrorist organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>The well-respected former Indonesian president also <a title=\"admits\" href=\"http:\/\/www.smh.com.au\/news\/National\/Possible-police-role-in-2002-Bali-attack\/2005\/10\/12\/1128796591857.html\" target=\"_blank\">admits<\/a> that the government probably had a role in the Bali bombings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>As reported by <a title=\"BBC\" href=\"http:\/\/news.bbc.co.uk\/2\/hi\/europe\/3674533.stm\" target=\"_blank\">BBC<\/a>, the <a title=\"New York Times\" href=\"http:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2004\/05\/17\/international\/europe\/17mace.html?th=&amp;pagewanted=all&amp;position=\" target=\"_blank\">New York Times<\/a>, and <a title=\"Associated Press\" href=\"http:\/\/www.highbeam.com\/doc\/1P1-94026683.html\" target=\"_blank\">Associated Press<\/a>, Macedonian officials admit that the government murdered 7 innocent immigrants in cold blood and pretended that they were Al Qaeda soldiers attempting to assassinate Macedonian police, in order to join the \u201cwar on terror\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Senior police officials in Genoa, Italy <a title=\"admitted\" href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20030207160903\/http:\/\/www.fair.org\/activism\/genoa-update.html\" target=\"_blank\">admitted<\/a> that \u2013 in July 2001, at the G8 summit in Genoa \u2013 planted two Molotov cocktails and faked the stabbing of a police officer, in order to justify a <a title=\"violent crackdown\" href=\"http:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/world\/2010\/may\/19\/g8-italian-police-sentenced\" target=\"_blank\">violent crackdown<\/a> against protesters<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li title=\"High-level government insiders pointed towards Iraq as the source of the anthrax\">Although the FBI now admits that the 2001 anthrax attacks were carried out by one or more U.S. government scientists, a senior FBI official says that the FBI was actually <a id=\"title_t3_6urf0\" title=\"told to blame Anthrax scare on Al Qaeda by White House officials\" href=\"http:\/\/www.nydailynews.com\/news\/us_world\/2008\/08\/02\/2008-08-02_fbi_was_told_to_blame_anthrax_scare_on_a.html\" target=\"_blank\"><em>told<\/em> to blame the Anthrax attacks on Al Qaeda by White House officials<\/a> (remember what the anthrax letters <a title=\"9\/11 and the anthrax attack and pretend to be from radical Muslims and be anti-America and anti-Israel\" href=\"http:\/\/3.bp.blogspot.com\/_MnYI3_FRbbQ\/SJLfMP7mkrI\/AAAAAAAAA94\/irML20mNYDA\/s400\/anthrax.jpg\" target=\"_blank\">looked like<\/a>). Government officials also confirm that the white House <a title=\"tried to link the anthrax to Iraq\" href=\"http:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2001\/12\/22\/national\/22INQU.html?pagewanted=all\" target=\"_blank\">tried to link the anthrax to Iraq<\/a> as a justification for regime change in that country<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Similarly, the U.S. <a title=\"falsely blamed Iraq\" href=\"http:\/\/www.washingtonsblog.com\/2012\/10\/5-hours-after-the-911-attacks-donald-rumsfeld-said-my-interest-is-to-hit-saddam-he-also-said-go-massive-sweep-it-all-up-things-related-and-not-and-at-2.html\">falsely blamed Iraq<\/a> for playing a role in the 9\/11 attacks \u2013 as shown by a <a title=\"memo from the defense secretary\" href=\"http:\/\/www.washingtonsblog.com\/2013\/02\/newly-released-memos-of-donald-rumsfeld-prove-knowing-iraq-war.html\">memo from the defense secretary<\/a> \u2013 as one of the <a title=\"main justifications\" href=\"http:\/\/www.washingtonsblog.com\/2012\/10\/5-hours-after-the-911-attacks-donald-rumsfeld-said-my-interest-is-to-hit-saddam-he-also-said-go-massive-sweep-it-all-up-things-related-and-not-and-at-2.html\">main justifications<\/a> for launching the Iraq war.
