Why doesn\u2019t he seem to like me?\u00a0 I asked some difficult questions.\u00a0 I guess people just don\u2019t like when you expose their fictions.\u00a0\u00a0 Here\u2019s what happened:<\/p>\n

When I got him on the phone, I asked him what he meant when he signed as STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE and instead of answering, John said it \u201cwouldn\u2019t be terribly productive for us to get into a debate about sort of, esoterics, so I appreciate your call\u2026\u201d\u00a0 He then made some excuse about me not being a party to the habeas petition as if that would somehow distract me.<\/p>\n

I pointed out I wanted to quote him regarding his comment, whether he thought asking a question was debating and instead of answering, he laughed and accused me of being hostile.\u00a0 A very old bureaucrat trick.\u00a0 Those of us who are literate in the English language can easily distinguish the difference between a simple question and a debate.<\/p>\n

At the end of the call I tried again to get a straight answer from John regarding the STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE.\u00a0 I asked if it was just a pseudonym or was there any substance to the words.\u00a0 Simple enough right?\u00a0 Wrong, he again dodged the question stating: \u201cI know that you\u2019re not going to be satisfied no matter what I say.\u201d<\/p>\n

I told him I\u2019d be happy with a responsive answer and not his silly lawyer tricks.\u00a0 John responded with: \u201cI don\u2019t want to talk to you anymore and you have a nice day, goodbye.\u201d \u00a0 Anyone who has called a politician in his lies will also hear the nonsense: \u201cI know that you\u2019re not going to be satisfied no matter what I say<\/strong>.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Just keep asking for a responsive answer when they use this to avoid having to answers questions.<\/p>\n

I then put in a call to John\u2019s boss, Peter Heed<\/a>, (603) 352-0056 and had to leave a message.\u00a0 I\u2019m not expecting a call back.\u00a0 I also faxed this to John<\/a> and asked the question again.\u00a0 I informed him that as long he continues prosecuting peaceful people, putting them in cages and forcibly taking their property under the guise of the STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE, I will continue asking until I get a responsive answer.<\/p>\n

If the STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE was more than just words on paper, a pseudonym, then John would just say that.\u00a0 John Webb, not me, stated the STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE, is \u201cesoterics\u201d.\u00a0 In court, John was able to appear as the\u00a0STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE unchallenged because one of his accomplices in this criminal gang, Philip Mangone, refused any discussion of the STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE.<\/p>\n

The STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE is just words, it\u2019s nothing more than a pseudonym to distract you from the truth: it\u2019s not John Webb, it\u2019s the STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE taking your property and putting you jail.\u00a0 Nonsense; it is John Webb, Philip Mangone, John Arnold etc.<\/p>\n

And for those apologists who think it\u2019s no big deal, it\u2019s just a philosophical issue or frivolous, why was I stricken as a plaintiff and not permitted to help Ian?\u00a0 What if I claimed to represent the STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE?\u00a0 Think that would be permitted without challenge?\u00a0 Claiming to appear in a representative capacity is taken pretty seriously, unless you claim to represent the same fiction the judge is representing.<\/p>\n

And don\u2019t forget, in criminal trials, presence within the STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE must be proven beyond a reasonable doubt.\u00a0 Doesn\u2019t sound like \u201cesoterics\u201d or \u201cphilosophy\u201d to me.\u00a0 But then again, I don\u2019t make a living pretending I\u2019m the STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE like John Webb does.\u00a0 So I kinda lack his bias, I mean insight.<\/p>\n

I\u2019m encouraging everyone to also challenge John Webb and other politicians claiming to act on behalf of the STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE or other fiction.\u00a0 I\u2019ll even provide the template for you to mail or fax to them.\u00a0 It should be as unrelenting as their violence is towards us.\u00a0 Want compliance?\u00a0 Is the STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE just a pseudonym or is it something concrete?\u00a0 Apparently not such a simple question to answer.<\/p>\n

There is no risk of contempt or being attacked, especially if you live outside New Hampshire.\u00a0 If all their violence is done under the guise of a fiction, don\u2019t make it easy for them.\u00a0 Let them know we\u2019re on to them and can see the facts before our eyes.\u00a0 We\u2019re not buying into your fictions anymore.<\/p>\n
