The indoctrinated masses all  race to see\u00a0who can be first, and loudest, to proclaim that it is NEVER  okay to\u00a0forcibly resist \u201claw enforcement.\u201d In doing so, they also  inadvertently\u00a0demonstrate why so much of human history has been plagued  by tyranny and\u00a0oppression.<\/p>\n<p><br clear=\"left\"><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"420\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/cElTyqJkMEw\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/youtu.be\/cElTyqJkMEw\" target=\"_blank\">http:\/\/youtu.be\/cElTyqJkMEw<\/a><\/p>\n<p><br clear=\"left\"><\/p>\n<p>In an ideal world, cops would do  nothing except protect people from\u00a0thieves and attackers, in which case  shooting a cop would never be\u00a0justified. In the real world, however, far  more injustice, violence,\u00a0torture, theft, and outright murder has been  committed IN THE NAME of \u201claw\u00a0enforcement,\u201d than has been committed in  spite of it. To get a little\u00a0perspective, try watching a documentary or  two about some of the\u00a0atrocities committed by the regimes of Stalin, or  Lenin, or Chairman Mao,\u00a0or Hitler, or Pol Pot, or any number of other  tyrants in history. Pause\u00a0the film when the jackboots are about to herd  innocent people into cattle\u00a0cars, or gun them down as they stand on the  edge of a ditch, and THEN ask\u00a0yourself the question, \u201cWhen should you  shoot a cop?\u201d Keep in mind, the\u00a0evils of those regimes were committed in  the name of \u201claw enforcement.\u201d\u00a0And as much as the statement may make  people cringe, the history of the\u00a0human race would have been a lot LESS  gruesome if there had been a lot\u00a0MORE \u201ccop-killers\u201d around to deal with  the state mercenaries of those\u00a0regimes.<\/p>\n<p>People don\u2019t mind when you  point out the tyranny that has happened in\u00a0other countries, but most  have a hard time viewing their OWN \u201ccountry,\u201d\u00a0their OWN \u201cgovernment,\u201d  and their OWN \u201claw enforcers,\u201d in any sort of\u00a0objective way. Having been  trained to feel a blind loyalty to the ruling\u00a0class of the particular  piece of dirt they live on (a.k.a. \u201cpatriotism\u201d),\u00a0and having been  trained to believe that obedience is a virtue, the idea of\u00a0forcibly  resisting \u201claw enforcement\u201d is simply unthinkable to many.\u00a0Literally,  they can\u2019t even THINK about it. And humanity has suffered\u00a0horribly  because of it. It is a testament to the effectiveness of\u00a0authoritarian  indoctrination that literally billions of people throughout\u00a0history have  begged and screamed and cried in the face of authoritarian\u00a0injustice  and oppression, but only a tiny fraction have ever lifted a\u00a0finger to  actually try to STOP it.<\/p>\n<p>Even when people can recognize tyranny  and oppression, they still usually\u00a0talk about \u201cworking within the  system\u201d\u2013the same system that is\u00a0responsible for the tyranny and  oppression. People want to believe that\u00a0\u201dthe system\u201d will, sooner or  later, provide justice. The last thing they\u00a0want to consider is that  they should \u201cillegally\u201d resist\u2013that if they want\u00a0to achieve justice,  they must become \u201ccriminals\u201d and \u201cterrorists,\u201d which\u00a0is what anyone who  resists \u201clegal\u201d injustice is automatically labelled.\u00a0But history shows  all too well that those who fight for freedom and\u00a0justice almost always  do so \u201cillegally\u201d\u2013i.e., without the permission of\u00a0the ruling class.<\/p>\n<p>If  politicians think that they have the right to impose any \u201claw\u201d  they\u00a0want, and cops have the attitude that, as long as it\u2019s called  \u201claw,\u201d they\u00a0will enforce it, what is there to prevent complete tyranny?  Not the\u00a0consciences of the \u201claw-makers\u201d or their hired thugs, obviously.  And not\u00a0any election or petition to the politicians. When tyrants  define what\u00a0counts as \u201claw,\u201d then by definition it is up to the  \u201claw-breakers\u201d to\u00a0combat tyranny.<\/p>\n<p>Pick any example of abuse of  power, whether it is the fascist \u201cwar on\u00a0drugs,\u201d the police thuggery  that has become so common, the random stops\u00a0and searches now routinely  carried out in the name of \u201csecurity\u201d (e.g., at\u00a0airports, \u201cborder  checkpoints\u201d that aren\u2019t even at the border, \u201csobriety\u00a0checkpoints,\u201d and  so on), or anything else. Now ask yourself the\u00a0uncomfortable question:  If it\u2019s wrong for cops to do these things, doesn\u2019t\u00a0that imply that the  people have a right to RESIST such actions? Of course,\u00a0state mercenaries  don\u2019t take kindly to being resisted, even non-violently.\u00a0If you  question their right to detain you, interrogate you, search you,\u00a0invade  your home, and so on, you are very likely to be tasered,  physically\u00a0assaulted, kidnapped, put in a cage, or shot. If a cop  decides to treat\u00a0you like livestock, whether he does it \u201clegally\u201d or  not, you will usually\u00a0have only two options: submit, or kill the cop.  You can\u2019t resist a cop\u00a0\u201djust a little\u201d and get away with it. He will  always call in more of his\u00a0fellow gang members, until you are subdued or  dead.<\/p>\n<p>Basic logic dictates that you either have an obligation to  LET \u201claw\u00a0enforcers\u201d have their way with you, or you have the right to  STOP them\u00a0from doing so, which will almost always require killing them.  (Politely\u00a0asking fascists to not be fascists has a very poor track  record.) Consider\u00a0the recent Indiana Supreme Court ruling, which  declared that if a cop\u00a0tries to ILLEGALLY enter your home, it\u2019s against  the law for you to do\u00a0anything to stop him. Aside from the patent  absurdity of it, since it\u00a0amounts to giving thugs with badges PERMISSION  to \u201cbreak the law,\u201d and\u00a0makes it a CRIME for you to defend yourself  against a CRIMINAL (if he has\u00a0a badge), consider the logical  ramifications of that attitude.<\/p>\n<p>There were once some words written  on a piece of parchment (with those\u00a0words now known as the Fourth  Amendment), that said that you have the\u00a0right to be free from  unreasonable searches and seizures at the hands of\u00a0\u201dgovernment\u201d agents.  In Indiana today, what could that possibly mean? The\u00a0message from the  ruling class is quite clear, and utterly insane. It\u00a0amounts to this: \u201cWe  don\u2019t have the right to invade your home without\u00a0probable cause \u2026 but  if we DO, you have no right to stop us, and we have\u00a0the right to arrest  you if you try.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Why not apply that to the rest of the Bill of  Rights, while we\u2019re at it?\u00a0\u201dYou have the right to say what you want, but  if we use violence to shut\u00a0you up, you have to let us.\u201d (I can  personally attest to the fact that\u00a0that is the attitude of the U.S.  \u201cDepartment of Justice.\u201d) \u201cYou have the\u00a0right to have guns, but if we  try to forcibly and illegally disarm you,\u00a0and you resist, we have the  right to kill you.\u201d (Ask Randy Weaver and the\u00a0Branch Davidians about  that one.) \u201cYou have the right to not testify\u00a0against yourself, but when  we coerce you into confessing (and call it a\u00a0\u2019plea agreement\u2019), you  can\u2019t do a thing about it.\u201d What good is a\u00a0\u201dright\u201d\u2013what does the term  \u201cright\u201d even mean\u2013if you have an obligation\u00a0to allow jackboots to  violate your so-called \u201crights\u201d? It makes the term\u00a0absolutely  meaningless.<\/p>\n<p>To be blunt, if you have the right to do \u201cA,\u201d it  means that if someone\u00a0tries to STOP you from doing \u201cA\u201d\u2013even if he has a  badge and a politician\u2019s scribble (\u201claw\u201d) on his side\u2013you have the  right to use\u00a0whatever amount of force is necessary to resist that  person. That\u2019s what\u00a0it means to have an unalienable right. If you have  the unalienable right\u00a0to speak your mind (a la the First Amendment),  then you have the right to\u00a0KILL \u201cgovernment\u201d agents who try to shut you  up. If you have the\u00a0unalienable right to be armed, then you have the  right to KILL\u00a0\u201dgovernment\u201d agents who try to disarm you. If you have the  right to not be\u00a0subjected to unreasonable searches and seizures, then  you have the right\u00a0to KILL \u201cgovernment\u201d agents who try to inflict those  on you.<\/p>\n<p>Those who are proud to be \u201claw-abiding\u201d don\u2019t like to hear  this, and don\u2019t\u00a0like to think about this, but what\u2019s the alternative?  If you do NOT have\u00a0the right to forcibly resist injustice\u2013even if the  injustice is called\u00a0\u201dlaw\u201d\u2013that logically implies that you have an  obligation to allow\u00a0\u201dgovernment\u201d agents to do absolutely anything they  want to you, your home,\u00a0your family, and so on. Really, there are only  two choices: you are a\u00a0slave, the property of the politicians, without  any rights at all, or you\u00a0have the right to violently resist  \u201cgovernment\u201d attempts to oppress you.\u00a0There can be no other option.<\/p>\n<p>Of  course, on a practical level, openly resisting the gang  called\u00a0\u201dgovernment\u201d is usually very hazardous to one\u2019s health. But there  is a big\u00a0difference between obeying for the sake of self-preservation,  which is\u00a0often necessary and rational, and feeling a moral obligation to  go along\u00a0with whatever the ruling class wants to do to you, which is  pathetic and insane. Most of the incomprehensible atrocities that have  occurred\u00a0throughout history were due in large part to the fact that most  people\u00a0answer \u201cnever\u201d to the question of \u201cWhen should you shoot a cop?\u201d  The\u00a0correct answer is: When evil is \u201clegal,\u201d become a criminal.  When\u00a0oppression is enacted as \u201claw,\u201d become a \u201claw-breaker.\u201d When  those\u00a0violently victimizing the innocent have badges, become a  cop-killer.<\/p>\n<p>The next time you hear of a police officer being  killed \u201cin the line of\u00a0duty,\u201d take a moment to consider the very real  possibility that maybe in\u00a0that case, the \u201claw enforcer\u201d was the bad guy  and the \u201ccop killer\u201d was the\u00a0good guy.
