Minarchists do nothing to challenge the underlying belief of statism: that there can be a rightful ruling class, which the rest of us have an obligation to obey. As a result, minarchists do nothing to solve the problem, but actual reinforce it, by using the very terms and rituals which imply that pieces of parchment (including the Constitution), elections, and politicians scribbles, really can bestow upon mere mortals the right to rule.
