Today in 1917, the United States Congress ordains the Selective Draft Act, or Selective Service act of 1917 which demands individuals become soldiers to fight World War I.
We can understand that cattle may lick the hand of the farmer, because cattle are dumb beasts that cannot comprehend their real relationship with the farmer. What is our excuse? I remain an advocate of genuine freedom. —
